Terms of Service

The Service

Draivu ("the Service") is a Chrome browser extension that lets you access, preview, organize, and share your Google Drive files from any webpage, without switching tabs. Draivu is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

Draivu is offered in a Free tier and a paid Pro tier. Features, limits, and availability may change over time as the Service is improved; we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes.

License to Use Draivu

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Draivu for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the extension; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the extension, except where applicable law expressly permits it; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension; or (d) use the Service in any way that violates Google's Chrome Web Store policies or Google's API terms.

Draivu Pro: Payment & Refunds Third Party: Dodo Payments

Draivu Pro is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring billing of any kind. Payment unlocks Pro features on your license for as long as the Service is offered.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as the Merchant of Record. We never receive or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details, only confirmation that your license key is valid.

Refunds: if you're not satisfied with Draivu Pro, email hello.draivu@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds requested after the 14-day window are granted at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Draivu to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party's rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights);
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; or
• Share your Pro license key with anyone outside your own devices.

Third-Party Services

Draivu integrates with Google Drive and other Google APIs to function. Your use of those APIs through Draivu is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments, whose own terms and privacy policy govern the checkout process. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what data is shared with each third party.

Intellectual Property

The Draivu name, logo, mascot artwork, and all extension and website code, design, and content are the property of the Draivu developer, except where explicitly licensed from a third party. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you.

"Google Drive," "Google Docs," and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC and are used here only to describe compatibility, not to imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Draivu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Draivu or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Draivu at any time by uninstalling the extension and, if you wish, revoking its access at Google Account Permissions.

Because Draivu has no user accounts, backend servers, or activity logs, we have no technical means to identify, suspend, or terminate an individual user's access to the extension itself. If you violate these Terms, the only enforcement actions available to us are: revoking a Pro license key obtained in violation of these Terms (a Dodo Payments transaction we can see), and removing or restricting the extension's availability on the Chrome Web Store, which affects all users and is otherwise at our discretion or Google's. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive any such action (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or regulatory reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of Draivu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer of Draivu, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
